Born in 1978, Bora BÄ°LGÄ°N completed her undergraduate education at Marmara University Faculty of Business Administration in 2002. He started his professional career at Provus BiliÅŸim Hizmetleri and moved up to the Operations Manager. Later, he worked as Sales Director and Assistant General Manager at Datateknik, one of Ülker's subsidiaries. He has been working as the General Manager of We Data BiliÅŸim San. ve Tic. A.Åž. since 2016 and as the General Manager of Naturel Healthcare Medical since 2021. In 2022, he has been appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors and Acting General Manager of Naturel Yenilenebilir Enerji Ticaret A.Åž. and EsenboÄŸa Elektrik Üretim A.Åž.. He is married and father of two.
Sami Özgür BOSTAN

Sami Özgür BOSTAN was born in Mersin in 1986 and graduated from Milli Piyango Anadolu High School. He completed his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Anadolu University, majoring in Economics, and later pursued a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance at Gazi University. He began his career in 2011 at PwC, later continuing at EY, specializing in auditing and IFRS reporting. In 2016, he transferred to Aydıner Group Companies as the Internal Audit and Control Manager. During this time, he managed the internal audit, budgeting and control, tax risk assessments, M&A, and IFRS reporting processes for the group companies operating in various sectors such as energy, manufacturing, construction, tourism, and agriculture, both domestically and internationally, and listed on the stock exchange. He also provided management consulting services to the Board of Directors. Since November 2020, he has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Naturel Renewable Energy Group. He is also a certified public accountant
